Progressive Design-Build Consulting, LLC
In addition to Thaxton Parkinson PLLC, I also manage a consulting firm that is dedicated solely to consulting on public progressive design-build projects. I created this firm to be able to be more flexible in providing consulting services owners in different states (where I am not licensed to practice law) or owners who aren't interested in hiring an attorney. The services provided by PDBC are similar to the services I provide as Thaxton Parkinson PLLC with the primary exception being that if I am asked to provide consultation on a contract, I work with either an in house or external counsel who is licensed in the state.
Progressive Design-Build Consulting, LLC is certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises as a Federal DBE and Washington State WBE.
